Wil jij je IT-carrière starten in een rol waar je data, BI en IT-infrastructuur combineert? Bij de Landsbond van Liberale Mutualiteiten maak je deel uit van een klein maar dynamisch IT-team waar je een directe impact hebt op onze digitale werking én op de gezondheidszorg in België.

**Functie**

Je werkt op twee domeinen:
**1. Data & Business Intelligence**
- Je leert onze operationele systemen en databronnen kennen.
- Je helpt om data te ontsluiten, analyseren en om te zetten in duidelijke rapporten (o.a. met Tableau).
- Je onderzoekt samen met de business waar automatisering mogelijk is.
- Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor datavragen en zorgt mee voor oplossingen.
- Je documenteert datastructuren en processen.

**2. IT & Infrastructuur**
- Je ondersteunt bij Identity & Access Management, IT security en digital workplace oplossingen (M365).
- Je draagt bij aan de betrouwbaarheid en veiligheid van onze IT-omgeving.

**Profiel**
- **Opleiding & ervaring**- Je hebt een bachelor of master in IT, data science, economie of een gelijkaardig domein en max. 3 jaar ervaring (of sterke stage).
- **Data & analyse** - Je hebt basiskennis van **SQL en/of Python** en interesse in **BI-tools** (Tableau is een plus). Je bent analytisch sterk en wil je verder verdiepen.
- **IT & security** - Je bent IT-minded, hebt interesse in **IT security**, cloud en **M365**. Kennis van mainframe is mooi meegenomen.
- **Leren & organiseren** - Je leert snel nieuwe systemen kennen, werkt gestructureerd en planmatig, en behoudt overzicht in complexe contexten.
- **Zelfstandig & nauwkeurig** - Je kan zelfstandig werken, levert kwaliteitsvol werk af en hebt oog voor detail.
- **Communicatief & teamgericht** - Je legt technische zaken helder uit, werkt vlot samen met collega’s en hebt een positieve, proactieve houding.
- **Taal & impact** - Je werkt vlot in het Nederlands, kan je uitdrukken in het Frans, en wil impact maken in de gezondheidszorg via data en IT.
