Human Resources Manager
**Summary of Responsibilities**:
Leads and implements HR strategies aligned with company objectives and culture, emphasizing safety, performance, and employee engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage talent acquisition, training, compensation, and benefits.
Advise and support managers on employee relations, performance, and development.
Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Serve as main contact for HR inquiries, including benefits and performance.
Oversee performance management and career development activities.
Support training needs assessment and local HR budgeting.
Maintain HRIS data integrity and compliance with labor laws.
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and union relations where applicable.
Contribute to regional and global HR initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
3-5 years of HR experience with strong employee relations background.
Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
