**Job Description**:
As a Junior Capital Markets Consultant you’ll be at the heart of our operations by providing expert analysis to support the Capital Markets Team. Armed with exceptional analytical skills, commercial awareness and good business sense, you’re a team player who’s always looking for ways to achieve better results.

Your main responsibilities will include
- Assisting the Capital Markets team with proposal development for clients:

- Data gathering & Analysis
- Preparing presentations/business pitches
- Writing investment memoranda or other reports
- Researching the real estate market (office-, logistics-, residential market, recent transactions), Belgium’s economic situation, trends in rent evolution, interest rates
- Maintaining contact with investors and developers and support the further development of the client portfolio

You are great with numbers AND people. As a trusted and reliable member of our team, you bring a positive, customer service approach that benefits our clients and everyone you work with. You love diving deep into research and financial/commercial analysis to provide ultimate solutions and proposals to your clients. You're passionate about commercial real estate and looking for an opportunity to expand or build your knowledge in the industry.

You have recently obtained a Masters in Financial, Economic and/or Business-related studies and show interest for the real estate industry.

You can also demonstrate following skills:

- Excellent communication skills French + English + Dutch
- You display profound analytical, synthetic & storyboarding skills
- Report writing skills
