**Your tasks, activities & responsibilities**:

- Through **facilitating** result-oriented interviews & workshops, you understand the business need(s) of your client & you can translate those into a (functional) product roadmap
- You **document business requirements** and (non-) functional specifications in a structured, comprehensible way
- You visualize proposed solutions through **wireframing, process flows, data models**,
- Through your experience & enthusiasm, you **challenge & inspire** your clients to find the best solution for their needs
- You cooperate with technical experts, graphical designers, project managers,to **create alignment** within the whole project team
- You **present & finetune** proposed solutions within the team and at your client
- You assist the project team and your client during the design & implementation phase
- You strive for the right **quality, user experience**, and **end-user value** at each increment for all stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- You have working experience in **business / functional analysis**:

- You have experience with working in an **agile** environment
- You are interested in **web content management systems** (Adobe, Drupal,.)
- You have experience with **wireframing** and** information architecture**:

- Knowledge of **BPMN** and **UML** are considered a plus
- You are a **strong communicator,** both written and oral
- You are fluent in **Dutch** and English, knowledge of French is a plus
- You love **sharing knowledge** and are a team player all the way
