**Robert Half** is currently recruiting a **Controller** for a company specialized in **transport and logistics services**.

Are you ready to make an impact in a **dynamic, international setting**? As a Controller your mission is to analyze both the gains against the losses and the balance sheet, as well as reporting for the various entities within your responsibility.

**The scope of responsibilities for this role as a Controller include**:

- Analyzing financial results and liaising with regional management;
- Streamlining workflow processes and enhancing gross profit;
- Serving as the primary contact for the Group for allocated entities;
- Initiating strategies for profitability enhancement;
- Ensuring up-to-date SAP framework and forecasts;
- Drafting budgets utilizing SAP BPC tools;
- Actively overseeing the balance sheet to mitigate risks;
- Ensuring compliance with financial processes and supporting audits;
- Assisting with overhead cost control and performing ad-hoc duties.

**The requested qualifications for this job include**:

- Bachelor or Master's degree;
- Background experience as a consultant or a financial controller, with a strong focus on finance, business outcomes, planning, and analysis;
- Audit experience is desirable but not essential;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. SAP knowledge is a plus;
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, the ability to work within tight deadlines, and a change management approach;
- Fluent English speaking abilities, as it is the business language. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
