Onze Business Unit Industrial Clients richt zich op klanten die innovatieve bouwmethoden hanteren, zoals het vervaardigen van geprefabriceerde bouwdelen in een industriële setting. Dit proces, dat bekend staat om zijn snelheid, controle en efficiëntie, vervangt traditioneel bouwen op locatie.
We voorzien deze klanten rechtstreeks van baanbrekende producten en concepten zoals RoboBrick®, een op-maat-gemaakte totaaloplossing voor de industriële bouwer die geautomatiseerd steenstrips verwerkt, en ManuBrick®, een geautomatiseerde lijmapplicatie voor steenstrips, en bieden ook project
- en productiebegeleiding. We willen hiermee een geïntegreerde waardeketen creëren en duurzame klantenrelaties opbouwen.
Voor deze afdeling zoeken we versterking in de vorm van een Customer Service Specialist.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Customer Support Specialist bied je een commerciële - administratieve ondersteuning aan de industriële klanten. Je bent hun aanspreekpunt ten aanzien van orders, klachten en je zoekt naar oplossingen voor de klant. Verder werk je aan de digitalisering om onze Customer Experience ambitie waar te maken. Je vertaalt data naar businessinzichten en je werkt aan procesverbetering.
**Klantenservice**
- Aanspreekpunt voor klanten ten aanzien van orders en klachten.
- Streven naar klantenverbinding en uitdragen van merkloyaliteit.
- Dossier opbouw/beheer Salesforce.
- Integratie nieuw ERP software.
**Marktanalyse**
- Data verzamelen, analyseren en rapporteren m.b.t. klantenservice.
- Uitwerken van procesverbeteringen.
- Beheren van KPI dashboard.
**After Sales**
- Verwerken van inkomende cases en gepaste oplossingen voorstellen.
- Meewerken aan verbeteringen/optimalisering voor het klachtenbeheer.
**Van onboarding tot klantoptimalisatie**
- Actieve rol in het begeleiden en onboarden van klanten.
- Meedenken over commerciële en operationele optimalisaties bij nieuwe en bestaande klanten.
- Samenwerken met het team om processen en klantwerking continu te verbeteren.
Dit heb je nodig:
- Bachelor
- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting.
- Bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring binnen Customer Service.
- Digitale affiniteit.
- Sterk analytisch vermogen.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Groeimindset & leergierig.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Frans en/of Duits.
