As the Team Leader Software Support and Deployment, your role will:
Lead, develop and organize your team effectively (including measurements)

Coach and develop individuals’ skills, competences and potential

Work closely with the Customer Success Team

Ensure deployment & trainings are also covered by the Software Support and Deployment Team

Create an environment in which a team can deliver according to the expectations, within the agreed Service Level Agreements

Be the first contact for escalations

Optimize planning for the deployment team to respect the customer request day

Eliminate single point of failures in the team

Set clear objectives and expectations

Use daily management & KPIs to monitor the operational performance of the team

Provide regular performance feedback and reviews

Conduct regular appraisals

Follow the defined processes and guidelines

Get team results

Visit customers when required

Team intervenes on-site when a case request this

Qualifications and professional knowledge

Customer-oriented, excellent listener and understand the customers’ needs

Good troubleshooting skills, sense of urgency & hands-on mentality

Demonstrated operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development and improvement, problem-solving, communication, delegation and planning
