As a Technical Account Manager Collision in the BeLux team, you are responsible for the technical and commercial follow-up of our direct customers and the PPG customers of our distributors. You will focus on existing customers, in order to retain them through our service and develop them to increase their potential.

The geographical scope of this role is Flanders and Brussels, ideally you will also be residing in this area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Focus on the maintenance of current customers and on the growth of our share of wallet among these customers.
- Management of large accounts and our proposal for large accounts in the sales area (approach 80 / 20 existing / new customers) with the support of New Business Managers and the BDM / Sales Manager if necessary.
- Follow-up of direct and indirect customers (distributors' customers) at the technical-commercial level.
- Responsible for all business and commercial needs for the region and assigned customers.
- Responsible for all technical needs for the region and assigned customers with the support of technical specialists.
- Responsible for demonstrations / tests / installations in the assigned region.
- Emphasis on selling (new) paint products, using other items (e.g. MoonWalk) as arguments / strengths.
- Logging all customer-related events in the CRM system in line with quantitative and qualitative goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Very good knowledge of body shop activities and PPG products and services
- Digital skills (Microsoft Office, PaintManager XI, PlanManager etc.)
- Good communicator at all levels
- Negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of EHS rules - you know how to work safely
- An excellent command of the Dutch and English languages. Knowledge of French is advantageous.
