As Beverage Application Specialist, you will be part of the global innovation team based at our European Strategic Business Unit for Beverages.

Under supervision of the Senior Application Manager, you will contribute to the design of new flavoring solutions and new beverage concepts. You will work with a team of cross-functional experts and will collaborate with the Innovation team to successfully bring our products to market.

You will occasionally be involved in customer projects and shape the future of beverages with a focus on Alcoholic Drinks.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Creation and production of beverage concepts, sometimes in large quantities.
- Maintenance of beverage lab equipment.
- Shipment of flavor & beverage samples.
- Organization of tasting sessions

**You bring**
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Food Sciences, Food Technology, Food Chemistry or related fields.
- Hands on laboratory experience in formulation of beverages (especially beer or spirit), including tasting and sensory evaluation.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (pasteurization, compounds) linked to beverage development.
- Good organization skills. Ability to multi-task.
- Good communication skills, in oral and written English. French or Dutch a plus.
- Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams). Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP and CRM systems is advantageous.
