Product Manager Plumbing/pressing

If you are a professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an appealing role for you Based in Belgium or Germany, you will be responsible to improve the organization’s market position to achieve financial growth on specific B2B business segments for our Pressing Business.

In addition, Product Manager will be driving strategic initiatives, business segment growth, as well as develop regional brand awareness growth in line with the overall growth strategies in Europe and North America mainly. In this role, this person will define strategic goals, build key customer relationships and identify business opportunities, work with the sales teams to close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

**In this role you will**:

- Develop strategies development to drive growth in respective product groups and customer segments
- Achieve target growth for the pressing/plumbing business segment
- Work with the regional sales or Key Account managers on sales/marketing programs that drive regional business growth
- Identify market opportunities and design business plans to achieve measurable goals.
- Main contact person for new product projects
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Delivering high-level presentations to management

- New Product Launch Preparation
- Forecast and System Maintenance
- Business Analysis (BI)
- Technical Sales Support & Training
- Portfolio analysis, product lifecycle management
- Pricing & Cost Controlling
- Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis

**For this role you will need**:

- 1+ years of Product Management and/ or Business Development and/or Sales experience is desired.
- Familiar with brand and distribution management
- Project Management capabilities
- Analytical, quantitative and financial savvy
- Strong customer focus and hands on product approach
- Good skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Proficient in English. Knowledge of German or French is an asset.
