En tant qu'Administrateur Système Senior Microsoft, vous serez responsable de la gestion et de l'optimisation de notre infrastructure et de nos systèmes basés sur Microsoft. Vous jouerez un rôle crucial pour assurer la continuité et la sécurité de notre environnement informatique. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec d'autres professionnels de l'informatique pour garantir l'efficacité et la fiabilité de nos systèmes.
**Responsabilités**:
Gérer et maintenir les environnements Microsoft Windows Server.
Mettre en ?uvre et gérer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP et les stratégies de groupe (Group Policy).
Assurer le support et la gestion des environnements Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 et SharePoint.
Gérer et optimiser les bases de données MSSQL.
Effectuer les mises à jour système, les correctifs et les configurations de sécurité.
Surveiller les performances du système et résoudre les problèmes techniques.
Concevoir et mettre en ?uvre des stratégies de sauvegarde et de récupération.
Collaborer avec d'autres équipes informatiques pour soutenir et mettre en ?uvre des projets.
Fournir un support de deuxième et troisième niveau pour les problèmes techniques complexes.
Documenter les configurations et les procédures système.
Développer et maintenir des scripts pour automatiser et optimiser la gestion des systèmes.
Partager ses connaissances et ses meilleures pratiques avec les membres de l'équipe et les autres départements pour renforcer la compétence globale en informatique.
Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'Administrateur Système Microsoft.
Connaissance approfondie de Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, SCCM, Intune, Defender, Exchange et Office 365.
Expérience des technologies de virtualisation telles que Hyper-V ou VMware.
Expérience dans la gestion et le support de SharePoint.
Expérience dans la gestion des bases de données MSSQL.
Maîtrise des langages de script tels que PowerShell, Python ou Bash.
Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
Excellentes compétences en communication en néerlandais, français ou anglais.
Capacité à partager efficacement ses connaissances et à encadrer les autres.
Des certifications telles que MCSA, MCSE ou équivalent sont un plus
