Free2move has 5,000 partners and offers 100k+ vehicles available to rent._ - If you want to join a team of passionate, dynamic, motivated, and creative people, in a human-sized, innovative, agile, internationally oriented environment... join us_ **MISSIONS** - In close collaboration with our central team at HQ in Paris, you are responsible for Rent-a-car Operations in Belgium and Luxembourg._ - You manage a team of "Mobility managers" on the ground to expand our franchised network by opening new agencies. - You and your team coach the rental agencies to ensure the best operational performance and customer satisfaction. - You work in collaboration with the Stellantis National Sales Company which provides vehicles and drives the Stellantis distribution network (most rental agencies are also car dealers) - You are in charge to implement and boost new business lines, including with Free2move owned fleet, such as car subscription (pay-per-month) - You develop key commercial relationships with insurance providers, car dealers, local operators - You manage the local Free2move team and day-to-day operations of the local subsidiary - You manage and drive important rental and fleet KPI including fleet size, partner engagement and external revenue - You cooperate closely with the sales teams/partners to ensure competitive pricing and service with an attractive yield to partner organisations - You help to negotiate and manage local contracts, local legal documentation and local HR topics - You localize the global strategy and design processes that fit the local market **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE** - 10 years+ of work experience with successful management track record in **car rental/mobility industry** for** 5 years**: - At ease with remote management and home office... - ... while being eager to go on the ground, travel around, and meet with new people - Comfortable in an unstable environment, while capable of structuring processes: move from start-up to scale-up - Born problem-solver, very hands-on... - ... yet with a strong capacity to build a long-term vision and define a path to achieve it - Resilient, and contagiously optimistic - Capable of communicating effectively with stakeholders on different levels - Fluent in French and English (both of them).
