Je hoofdtaken zijn:
Het beheren en opvolgen van de trainings
- en kwaliteitssystemen in samenwerking met de quality manager
Onderhouden van het documentatie systeem, documenten opvolgen, aanpassen met verantwoordelijken en opladen
Verwerken van schade dossiers & communiceren naar de klanten
Opvolgen afwijkingen, documenteren in systeem en meezoeken naar acties + opvolgen van openstaande deviaties en acties
Jaarlijkse planning opstellen voor borgen kwaliteitssysteem (zelf inspectie, risico analyse, controle toegangen,.)
Voorbereiden KPI rapporten
Opvolgen en uitvoeren van de vrijgaves & stalencontrole bij afwezigheid quality warehouse assistent
Opvolgen archief (scannen, klasseren) en up to date houden documentatie
Opvolgen van de quality inbox
Meehelpen bij de permanente compliance aan de GxP richtlijnen en kwaliteitsbewustzijn binnen
Administratieve ondersteuning bij aanvraag documentatie door klanten
Leveranciers opvolgen, voorbereiden assessments & jaarlijkse evaluatie
Nauwe samenwerking met quality team en andere departementen ondersteuning geven aan de quality warehouse assistent waar nodig
Je rapporteert aan de Quality Manager
**Votre profil**:
Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een kwaliteitsomgeving of ben sterk en administratie
Je toont de nodige verantwoordelijkheidszin
Je werkt nauwkeurig en gaat zorgvuldig om met gedetailleerde informatie
Je bent integer en discreet
Je beschikt over een gezonde dosis stressbestendigheid en bent flexibel ingesteld
Je toont een hoge mate van betrokkenheid en inzet
Je bezit een goede kennis van Microsoft office
Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en het Engels
