**Job ID: HNMJD1242**: **Role: Back Office Support** **Locations: Sint-Gillis, Belgium** **Language: Dutch or French** - Your challenge as Back Office Support with the most personal insurer on the market: to ensure, in agreement with our clients and our brokers, that traditional life insurance products are managed carefree. - Everything you do as Back Office Support has an impact on our customers - You will manage our Closed Book clients, you will take care of the daily management of life insurance products. All this within the branch 21 products. - You keep client files up to date and ensure flawless administration. Transparent communication is important internally. You ensure that everyone gives and receives correct feedback. - You are unique - Your experience in the insurance sector is an asset, but we give more importance to the interest and affinity for this sector. - This also means that you communicate fluently in Dutch and French, both written and spoken. - You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - You analyze the files and examine them with a critical eye. Accuracy and "first time right" are important concepts. - You like working in a team while being autonomous and you are quite capable of managing planning and priorities. - You like to take initiative and show initiative. Sometimes alone, but sometimes with your colleagues. Do you like working in a team, but can you work independently? You have no problem planning and setting priorities. - You proactively come up with ideas to improve things and implement them.
