We are a dynamic company with an outstanding product line and customer satisfaction in the sorting industry. **Position Overview**: The TOMRA Food Group Controller is an exiting position that in close cooperation with the TF CFO will develop and implement processes, procedures and activities that enhance TF financial reporting and TF’s groups financial performance. Furthermore, the incumbent has to monitor compliance with TF’S rules and regulations as well as fulfillment of statutory and legal requirements. The position is part of the TOMRA Food Financial Leadership Team. **Role and Responsibilities**: - Controlling and Business Partnering for TF central functions: - Report on activities of all central functions - Reporting of consolidated TOMRA Food group - Communication with SVP’s leading central functions and TF’s CEO and CFO to identify risks and opportunities of the organisation - Communication and coordination with TOMRA group Finance organization on topics such as reporting, consolidation, taxes, insurance, finance systems - Audit - Main contact person for the business area TF group auditor (in close cooperation with TOMRA group) - Communicate, report and explain TF Group figures - Prepare, communicate, report and explain Year End reporting documentation - Ad hoc (Accounting Memos, i.e.) - Budget process - Main facilitator for the budget process within TOMRA food group - Set up and communicate timeline for the process - Prepare and provide budget templates - Set up and hold budget review meetings - Consolidate and report the budget figures - Ensure timely and qualitative input from all stakeholders - Consolidation; Quality ensurance and completeness to provide insight - Reporting of both Management structure and legal structure - Communication with Business stream F&A Directors making sure budget figures are processed and ready for TOMRA Group budget meetings - Internal control and harmonization within business area TSS Finance; - Internal reviews of companies within the TF group - review of financial processes and making sure these are according to TF group standard - Harmonization of accounting processes within IFS - Harmonization of reporting processes - Role Model the TOMRA Values, having fun and caring for the wellbeing and growth of yourself and your colleagues **Qualifications**: - Msc in Finance or similar - MBA is considered a plus - >7 years’ working experience (preferably in an industrial financial controlling position or in audit) - Profound IFRS knowledge - Consolidation experience - Well-developed hands on financial skills - Business and result oriented - Very strong analytical skills - Positive attitude and solution oriented mind set - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Strong networker - Pragmatic problem solver and convincing personality - ERP experience (preferably IFS) - Fluent in English (oral and written) - A personality that leads by example - Strong identification with TOMRA values - Willingness to travel (~20%) **Additional Information**: **We offer you** - Permanent full time - The opportunity to start in a position with a great career prospective in a continuously growing company & industry. - The chance of having an impact on the current world and being able to make a difference.
