Get ready to step into the vibrant world of Real Estate For our Private Wealth department in our Antwerp offices, we're currently looking for an Out-of-Town Consultant focusing on the Flemish market. You'll get to build and maintain contacts with an important network of real estate specialists (Tenants (Retailers) and Landlords) and be matching vacant stores with the right tenant. This is your chance to shine if you have a commercial feeling and interest in retail & real estate.

**What’s in it for you?**

You will be enabled to source, initiate, negotiate, and close letting and sales deals in Belgium
- You will actively market and organize prospection for portfolios of retail units
- Retail assets will include peripheral retail warehousing locations throughout Flanders
- Teamwork will be your key to success. Additionally, you will be coached and guided in order to get you kick-started in this dynamic business line

**Let’s talk about you**

You have a university degree or a bachelor’s degree
- You have 2-3 years of experience in the real estate industry
- Knowledge of the Belgian out of town retailers is considered as a plus
- You have a passion for real estate, a friendly and enthusiastic personality with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, capable to build a long-term relationship with clients. A dynamic and positive attitude is essential for this career opportunity
- Self-motivated, with a high level of self-discipline, structure and responsibility, you will have the ability to work well under pressure as part of a team and as an individual.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch/French.
