McDonald’s is the largest restaurant chain in the world and also striving to be the most people-oriented enterprise around the globe.

There are currently 117 McDonald’s restaurants in Belgium, run by 24 independent entrepreneurs (Franchisees).
Because our business is growing fast-paced, we are looking for talented people to reinforce our head offices that provide support to all restaurants.

About the job

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team for at least 3 months. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and launch across all channels.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (such as digital and operations) to align marketing strategies and activities.
- Work with external agencies to manage creative assets, campaign materials, and other marketing deliverables.
- Support the marketing team in project management, keeping track of timelines and deliverables.
- Prepare launch material and communications about marketing campaigns to all the McDonald’s restaurants in Belgium

About you now

To be able to thrive in this role, we believe you need to possess:

- Preferably schooled with a Bachelor/Master (3rd/4th year) in (Digital) Marketing Management/Business Management/Communication
- Fluency in Dutch and French is a must (written & spoken), and a good level in English
- Multitasking, flexible, customer oriented
- Highly organized, with an eye for detail
- An unstoppable motivation and dedication to our brand with a problem-solving attitude
