Purpose of position, responsibilities and main tasks

You will work proactively on various Finance Projects within the Nutkao Finance Group. Drafting and analysing the monthly business result statement, and explaining possible discrepancies, are also part of your duties.

Activities / main tasks
- You are responsible for the book-keeping;
- You manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- On a day-to-day basis, you book the banks, prepare payments and monthly bank reconciliations;
- You draw up the annual VAT list, do intrastat declarations and tax sheets;
- Together with the Business Controller, you book depreciation and monitor investments;
- You closely follow up the monthly and annual closing;
- You support the periodic closing (quarterly, half-yearly and annual);
- You will also take care of the administrative processing in our ERP system (LISA);
- You will also assist in the payroll processing.

Specific requirements for the position
- Qualifications and prerequisite
- Several years of experience in the business world and looking for a new challenge;
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or another financial discipline;
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and international accounting standards;
- You are comfortable with a digital working environment;
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders at different organisational levels:

- Experience in payroll is a plus:

- Your Excel knowledge is excellent.
