Do you like to perform a wide range of administrative tasks? Do you have excellent writing and speaking skills in English and a good knowledge of French? Good news

We are currently looking for an **_Administrative Assistant (M/F/x)_** for a client located in Zaventem.

What are you responsibilities as an **_Administrative Assistant (M/F/x)_**?
- Work closely with the other members of the Admin Team to ensure the smooth operation of the office
- Set up meetings to ensure an efficient and professional environment for all clients
- Bookings into SAP
- Assist with office supplies ordering and all kind of administration
- Support with booking travel
- Cover the monthly newsletter

**Profiel**
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in English and
- preferably a good level in French as well
- Experience in SAP
- Bachelor degree in Administration or equivalent by relevant experience
- Teamplayer with strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Accurate and precise, eager to learn and willing to take ownership
