- Project/Department Description and responsibilitiesThe GISDP (Group Information Security and Data Protection) is split in 3 teams
- Team1: Cyber-Defense
- Team2: Identity and Access management
- Team3: Data Protection and GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance)

The group is looking for a senior security profile to reinforce the third team regarding GRC to focus on Information Security Governance including Business Continuity and Crisis Management.

Functie-eisen

**Primary Tasks and responsibilities**
- Take the lead of the Business Continuity Program with the objective to
- improve the various processes efficiency
- reduce the business recovery time (developing business alternatives, improving processes,)
- follow-up the recovery (DRP) testing plans
- ensure all documentation is kept updated (and develop documents when missing)
- help to elaborate business continuity training within the business teams
- Security policies and standards life process management
- Help with the creation of missing policies and standards
- Ensure follow-up of review and approval process
- Help to elaborate a policies awareness program
- Crisis management
- Help to improve the security and privacy crisis management process
- Be able to take the lead of the crisis management team in case of security/privacy related incident

**Secondary Tasks and responsibilities**
- Maturity assessment
- Launch self-assessment questionnaires (with an internal tool) to evaluation maturity levels of various entities of our organisation regarding

multiple security and sectorial standards
- Generate reports (including comparison with previous years)
- TOMs
- Creation and maintenance of documentation related to Technical and Organizational Measures
- Risk assessment
- Ability to perform project risk assessments
- Creation of reports
- Audit follow-up
- Ability to participate to audit request
- Ability to follow audit findings and ensure they are handled

**Technical profile requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in security governance (policies, compliance,) and business continuity management
- Very good knowledge of security/IT standards/frameworks governance: ISO27001, NIST, Cobit,
- Very good knowledge of Business continuity management
- Good in document writing and maintenance
- Familiar with risk analysis and risk evaluation (impact/likelihood analysis)

**Non-Technical profile requirements**
- Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work)
- Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills

**Methodology/ Certification requirements**
- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience.
- Additional Security certification(s) is a plus (e.g. CISM, CRISC, CISSP,)

**Language proficiencies**
- FR and/or Dutch with good understanding of the second language
- ENG
