**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Research and compiles list of prospective customers for use as acquisition leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, aged leads, business directories, internet websites, and other sources
- Originates and acquires wireless infrastructure assets
- Performs market research activities to enhance lead quality
- Utilizes CRM system to manage pipeline and create lead activities & uploads transaction documents in M-Files
- Delivers on monthly/quarterly/annual goals as required
- Work with functional departments (Marketing, Data, IT, Finance, Property Management, Legal, etc.)
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending sales training meetings (and providing valuable input); reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices

**Education**:

- Graduate degree in Business or Finance

**Experience**:

- ?? years of sales experience in finance, real estate, telecom, lease negotiation, site acquisition or similar
- Fluency in English is required (both oral and written)

**Technical Skills**:

- Prior work experience with a CRM system and associated dashboard and reporting functionality
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet and database management)

- Proven ability to drive sales process to a close
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong leadership and relationship building skills
- Ability to develop rapport and act as a trusted advisor
- Demonstrated ability to work through regulated companies’ procedures to contract for Infrastructure services
