**Overview**:
The Cash Management Competence Center is dedicated to steering and enhancing the Corporate Cash Management franchise globally. We are currently focused on the development of Cash Management offerings in the United States, supporting strategic clients in their growth initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the product vision.
- Develop and mobilize resources to realize the product/offer vision, including planning, budgeting, staffing, stakeholder management, and governance.
- Coordinate the demand-to-delivery process based on business value management principles.
- Support the Program Manager in all activities, including stakeholder alignment, planning, and production of deliverables.
- Take ownership of specific initiatives, such as defining product vision, identifying business needs, facilitating governance, aligning product teams with central IT, managing risks, quality, and issues, executing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Design the Target Operating Model for Cash Management operations and servicing, ensuring alignment with the product offer and portfolio development.
**Language Requirements**:
- Dutch (preferred)
- French (preferred)
- English: Excellent written and oral communication skills
**Travel**: At least once a week
**Telework Expectation**: 50% onsite, 50% homeworking
**Required Experience/Knowledge**:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Technical experience in project-driven environments, with proven skills as a business analyst
- Ability to liaise with IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Business stakeholders
- Experience in international payments ecosystems is preferable
- Business experience in banking, payments management, and correspondent banking operating models
- Familiarity with finance and treasury operations
