**Tâches principales**

Aide à valoriser les différents points de vente restauration.

S'assure de la transmission des informations aux différents services concernés.

Organise et supervise les mises en place en fonction des prévisions d'activité et des informations relatives au produit.

Veille à la qualité de la présentation des supports de vente et vérifie la conformité de la tarification.

F&B Opérations

Organisation des journées, Breakfast, Restaurant, Banqueting, Room service

Participation au planning

Participation aux processus d’amélioration opérationnel

F&B Cost Control

Organisation et réalisation des inventaires physiques

Suivi et établissement des analyses F&B fin de mois

Maintien à jour des bases de données (articles, fournisseurs )

Contrôle des postings Micros

F&B Administratif

Aide à la gestion des payes, congés, planning, extras

Calcul des ratios matières, proposition et mise en places d’actions correctives
