**The main mission of this role is to**:
Being part of the Puratos Belux Marketing Team, the mission of the E-commerce and Digital Manager is to ensure the company’s digital development and performance as part of Puratos long term sustainable growth.

**Key Accountabilities**

You lead the digital transformation of the business:

- Create and give the best trainings for the business development teams and keep increasing the adoption of the digital tools with the right follow-up and change management.
- Stay up to date with all (digital) evolutions and suggest improvements in line with our core objectives.
- Initiate and implement specific AI projects, optimize internal processes.
- Lead the paperless initiatives of the subsidiary across different departments
- Lead and coordinate all E-commerce related initiatives in close collaboration with group E-commerce team, sales team, pricing team and supply chain team.
- Support adoption of our My Puratos platform towards artisans customers. This includes online promotion set-up in alignment with sales and pricing teams, promotional campaign coordination such as Black Friday, A/B testing campaignsin order to increase loyalty, sell more or sell to new customers.
- Develop new online revenue streams via service offerings such as online trainings, markets trends information or marketing tools.
- Develop a new online sales platform for chocolatiers customers
- Coordinate the digital communication via social media, newsletters and other digital channels to ensure we reach the right customers with the right messages at the right moment.
- Further develop other Digital related initiatives that can support the business development such as:

- Baker Online service for artisan customer in close relationship with Puratos sister company Bakeronline.be
- Vita+ branded vending machines with touchless payment and optional Baker Online ordering system.

**Who are we looking for?**
- You have preferably a master degree
- You worked 3 years in a similar function with digital experience and both commercial feeling and digital savviness.
- You are fluent in English, French and Dutch
- You have great analytical skills: you have some knowledge of Google Analytics and Power BI
- You connect the dots: you are a team player and understand that running Digital platforms is done with all business development teams
- Quality is crucial for you as you want that customers only work with the best performing platforms in terms of data quality and content
- You are creative problem solver and good communicator
