**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Oversee and organize the daily workflow and the daily operations of your direct reports in the production area for the late shift in the CRP value stream
- Oversee your direct reports, including diverse hiring, training, personal development and performance management
- Own the onboarding, immersion and (cross-) training of your team
- Work on your team engagement
- Collaborate with other team members/departments on prioritization, process implementation and trouble shooting

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent by experience
- Fluency in English
- Basics knowledge of chemical processes in manufacturing practices
- Being a team player, flexible and stress resistant
- Having excellent computer skills and ability to multitask

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Lean manufacturing/DBS
- Ability to prioritize work and complete projects in an accurate and timely manner
