Wavre/Brabant Wallon - temps plein - Diplôme : Master en finance, économie._ Votre mission - Etablir des dossiers d'investissement afin que la direction dispose d'un dossier correct et complet sur lequel fonder ses décisions d'investissement. - Élaboration de plans annuels et de calculs de rendement par projet, afin que vous puissiez suivre de près, rendre compte et évaluer en permanence vos projets d'un seul coup d'œil. - Suivi des systèmes de budgétisation et de contrôle, afin de pouvoir détecter et corriger rapidement les écarts budgétaires. - Surveillez les prévisions financières et discutez de vos conseils avec l'équipe du projet. - Suivi administratif des projets, y compris le suivi des documents et accords pertinents dans le cadre du SAP. - Suivi de première ligne" des aspects juridiques et fiscaux. Vous serez assisté dans cette tâche par une équipe de spécialistes internes. - Enfin, vous veillez à la bonne clôture de l'inventaire des biens immobiliers en ce qui concerne les projets. À propos de vous - Master à orientation financière ou économique. - Min. 7 ans d’expérience dans controlling et/ou expérience équivalente (Big Four). - La maîtrise d'Excel est un prérequis. - La connaissance de SAP ou d'un autre ERP est fortement conseillée. - Une première expérience dans la Construction et/ou le développement de projets immobiliers est un prérequis. - Une solide capacité d'analyse combiné à un sens critique très développé. - Une personnalité entrepreneuriale combinée à de l'assertivité et à de fortes aptitudes à la communication. - Une maîtrise parfaite du français et une bonne connaissance du néerlandais et/ou de l’anglais. - Disposé à vous rendre dans nos bureaux de Wavre avec des déplacements ponctuels possibles dans les autres bureaux régionaux ainsi qu’au siège central situé à Waregem, notamment dans le cadre de votre onboarding process.
