**The work environment**:The local team is based at Silversquare Stéphanie on Avenue Louise. SQ is a coworking space with good WIFI, coffee, and everything you'd expect in an office + an amazing community of entrepreneurs.

You can expect lunches & happy hours, walking meetings in parks nearby, networking breakfasts with the community, etc.

And Silversquare has a few spaces across Brussels, so you get to see a different view now and then if you want to. We also all work from home a few days a week, but that goes without saying.

**Description of the function***Your mission**:You'll be working closely with our design team to create detailed 3D models of our projects that can be built by the execution team.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You create detailed technical drawings in Revit
- You process point clouds from our 3D scans (Matterport)
- You prepare 2D and 3D layouts, isometric views, and material schedules
- You model interior objects in 3D and make detailed furniture drawings
- You perform lighting & acoustics analysis (Dialux)
- You develop space planning options
- You create mood boards and present your ideas to the rest of the team

**Profile description***Your profile**:Required
- You are fluent in English and either French or Dutch (written and spoken)
- You hold a degree in Architecture, Design, or Technical Sciences
- You have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and worked on workspace projects
- You have worked on design & build projects and understand the importance of your work to guarantee effective & efficient execution of works on construction sites
- You have a strong understanding of interiors - lighting, acoustics, materials, etc.
- You master Revit - you're proficient in 3D modeling and working with complex families
- You have excellent presentation skills and can communicate ideas clearly

Preferred
- You have a driving license (type B)
