The coaches play a crucial role in **driving success** and fostering a **culture of continuous improvement**.

**How will you do that?**
- You report to the lead of the coaching team and will **be part of a coaching layer** within Technology where we combine people coaching, agile coaching and technical coaching in order to **support our development organisation**.
- You contribute to the shaping and adoption of this new coaching layer.
- You **help teams** become more **self-managing** and **autonomous** by encouraging **continuous improvement** without relying heavily on external directives.
- You facilitate **personal** and **professional development**.
- You cultivate a **learning environment** - foster a culture of continuous learning and **experimentation**.
- You drive **cultural change**.

**This is you?**
- As a coach in a software development organization you specialize in **agile principles** and **personal development**. You excel in **fostering collaboration** and **growth** within teams. You possess a deep understanding of agile methodologies and can effectively guide teams in adopting **practices** that enhance flexibility**, **responsiveness**, and **efficiency**.
- In addition to your agile expertise, you are also skilled in **personal development**, helping individuals identify their **strengths**, set **goals**, and **navigate challenges**. You create a supportive environment where team members feel empowered to share **ideas** and **feedback**, promoting a culture of **continuous improvement**.
- You are a strong **communicator**, active **listener**, and **empathic**. This enables you to build **trust **and rapport with our development teams.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
- You have relevant experience in similar roles in software development environments.
