Resident Service Technician

As Robotics Resident Service Technician you will be responsible for all service activities for a large installation at one of our clients located in Deinze.
- You perform all the necessary tests, repairs, and maintenance of the technical installations on-site.
- You will provide training to the end users on-site.
- You are the on-site point of contact for our client.
- You are responsible for PLC software (Beckhoff) configuration and live testing.
- As part of the helpdesk team you provide telephone support to end users and integrators in a limited 24/7 time schedule in a rotating schedule.

**Qualifications**
- You have a technical degree or equivalent through experience.
- Affinity with software is recommended.
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English.
- Computer skills: MS Office and Teams.
- You live in the region of Deinze and surrounding areas.
