Your role within the Pelvic Health team is to maintain and develop business with all customers in the defined sales district by providing excellent technical support, training and education to the customers, to ensure meeting or exceeding of targets by representing the company in accordance with its policies and enhancing Medtronic’s reputation in the market. **A **Day in the Life**
- Provide high-quality clinical support to the hospital team in the theatre department, outpatient department and potentially other clinical areas.
- Working primarily with Urology and Colorectal clinical teams, and also their non-clinical colleagues, to ensure sacral neuromodulation procedures are performed to the highest possible standard, and services delivered with optimal efficiency
- Responsible for defined area case coverage and support of sacral neuromodulation procedures.
- Knowledge resource and troubleshooting contact for the field sales force and customers.
- Plan and support clinical and technical training and education programs with review and input from Sales Manager and staff in the District as well as other functional groups, i.e. marketing, reimbursement, regulatory, clinical, education etc., consistent with the Pelvic Health Business Plan.
- Participate in the development of employee and customer training/education programs.
- Prepare study material and conduct training for customers (physicians, technicians and nurses) in collaboration with the Pelvic Health team.
- Participate in and supports regional events such as Congresses or Customer Events.
- Support District Salesforce during presentations to customers upon request.
- Support marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new products and therapies.
- Capture in SFDC case coverage for all accounts, market and competitive information and trends and metrics in a comprehensive, complete and timely fashion.
- Complete immediately and accurately all reports of customer or product-related events in accordance with policies.
- Carry out all administrative duties and all necessary reports in a timely and diligent manner (i.e. boot stock reports, stock movement forms etc.).
- Provide regular activity report to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Attend all required regional and national meetings.
- Follow applicable Medtronic policies and procedures related to Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance.
- Act according to the Medtronic Code of Conduct and the Business Conduct Standards.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Degree in Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, Business Administration or Biology or another relevant, advanced qualification.
- Previous relevant training/education experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects/duties as well as contribute to a larger team
- Ability to work in a hospital setting.
- Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- You are fluent in Dutch, France and English.
- Excellent communication skills
- You have a healthcare-related experience with a commercial mindset.

**Nice to Haves**
- Experience in the medical (device) industry or in a hospital environment
- You have knowledge of theatre etiquette and wider hospital policies relating to interaction with industry representatives.
- You have an experience in clinical or technical interaction with healthcare professionals and patients.
- You live in the Central Belgium region.
- Knowledge of the competitive marketplace
- You have experience working with CRM tools. (SFDC-MMX)
