**Product Specialist**:

**Your responsibilities**:
- First line product support to end customers, partners and internal colleagues.
- Registration and follow-up on quality issues with all involved parties
- Identifying new needs or enhancements on existing portfolio and creating innovative solutions to meet customer needs
- Working close with sales team for the technical related activities
**Your background**:
- Electrical, mechanical or mechatronic Engineering background
- Software skills, good knowledge of structured programming languages
- Proficient with Microsoft office products.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written). French is an asset
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-learning capabilities are required
- Highly motivated, open to learn fast and serve with passion
