There’s plenty of room to make your mark here Outlet & Licensing Merchant, North Europe **Jo**As key member of the Cluster Merchandising team, serve the consumer thru both an inspiring consumer journey in the Outlet distribution channel, with engaging and relevant products and assortments, to grow marketshare, profit and shareholder value - as well as in the mainline distribution channel for our Licensed product categories, across both genders. Reporting to the Men Merchandising Director. Be the voice of the M en and Women consumer shopping in our DTC Outlet channel across all product categories, support the team to better consumer understanding within your dedicated channel. I dentify strategic opportunities to increase our loyal fanbase, thru relevant product journeys and assortment strategies, for Outlet and for our Licensed product lines, working in closest collaboration with our Licensing partners. Business & Market Knowledge M en and Women Outlet Business and overall North Europe Market expert, developed thru experience, analytic skill set, strong partnership with cross functional team and a "need to know" and "need to understand" mentality, team player and "can do" mentality. Brand & Merchandise strategy Be a driver on two fronts: 1. c ontribute and execute North Europe brand-merchandising strategy optimized for Outlet needs (Product-Price Positioning-Segmentation-Differentiation-Flow) 2. e nsure consistency of brand-merchandising strategy in Licensed product categories, enhancing product offer and assortments to increase our loyal fanbase and shopping frequency W it h the ultimate objective to increase our loyal fanbase and shopping frequency, to grow market share, profit and shareholder value. Partner ing up with key stake holders to create, unite and drive the winning plan on both areas of the role. Consumer Right Assortments Support North Europe Outlet and Licensing busines s - across genders - with consumer right assortment s and segmentation strategies to increase our fanbase, growth market share, profitability and shareholder value. Deliver on Outlets’ and Licensing’s strategic growth and key distribution development. Create, Land and Drive Consumer right assortments End To End, with cross functional partnership. Be come a n expert and a Category Lead for a significant part of our assortment for Men North Europe protecting the needs of the holistic marketplace and driving assortment and key milestones execution - still to be defined as the Channel role is stabilised. Brand/Product Ambassadors Be the voice of the brand, consumer and our product, inspire the team in the vision and direction of the brand and unite the cross functional teams, to execute behind our strategy seamlessly in the marketplace. E2E Consumer journey Support M en Lead to create and drive and holistic OMNI E2E consumer journey for the M en and Women Category. To inspire and unit the cross functional team to execute flawlessly and drive consumer impact in Outlets and through our Licensing assortments. Trading and Hindsighting Together with the cross functional team, accountable for driving profitable assortment / assortment health. Supporting thru assortment planning, Investment strategies, lifecycle management, trading and best /slow seller management Best in class Merchandising team Be an active ambassador for Merchandising team, amplify the merchandising culture, drive one team mentality. Master Fundamentals Support the L eadership to drive an effective organization that serves the consumer with impact, protect the work-life-balance, set clear objectives and priorities, communicate effectively, manage effective meetings, drive fast and clear decision making, hit deadlines and set up team and cross functional partners for success. Key Partnerships Merchandising: Cluster Merch team, Brand Op eration s Brand: Cluster Brand Experience team Planning & Supply Chain: Cluster Channel Planning teams, Supply chain team s Licensing partners : external teams Job Requirements **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in related discipline ( 2 + years of combined college education and experience may be substituted for a degree) **Work experience**:Minimum 4-5 years of progressive merchandising experience with an apparel manufacturer, retailer or marketer. **Versatility**:Preferably multi skilled experiences (Different channel/gender/categories), intensive working in cross functional teams **Multiplier at **heart**:Matrix understanding and starting experience with stakeholder management and negotiation **Brand/Consumer **Expert**:Strong interest in Brands/Consumers/Marketplace **O
