Our partner, one of the biggest consultancy company active in the telecommunications sector are currently looking for their new talent. Well known for their agile way of working and appetite for creating a strong customer intimacy, this major player is keen to put forwards innovations having a direct impact on people and companies' well-being and communication. To sustain a new cycle of growth we are currently looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager who will provide support and collaborate with the biggest players in the field. **Responsibilities**: **Planning and ressource management**: Develop comprehensive project plans and track progress. Inspect work in progress and ensure conformity to specifications and schedules. Track project performance and analyze the completion of goals. Enforce the use of project methodology, standards, and documentation. Ensure the smooth transfer of projects to the service organization **Scope management**: Assist in defining project scope and objectives. Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs. Take detailed ordering briefs from clients and clarify requirements. Perform quality control throughout the project. **Financial management**: Meet budgetary objectives and analyze financial constraints. Manage the project's profit and loss (P&L). **Communication management**: Report and escalate project status to management. Establish and manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors. Create and maintain project documentation. Prepare and present project status reports. Communicate with executives or the board to align project goals. Provide feedback on project employees' performance. Organize delivery and follow-up meetings. Serve as a point of contact for teams working on the project. **Risk management**: Perform risk management to minimize potential risks. Proactively handle project issues and risks. **Profile**: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You have excellent oral and written communication skills. You have proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. You have a supportive and coaching mindset. You have IT skills, including MS 365, Teams, and SharePoint. You are fluent in French and English You have a bachelor's or master's degree in IT or Telecom 5 years of experience as Project Manager The Offer 4 000- 5 000 euro monthly based on experience + very comprehensive package including company car, meal vouchers, net expenses, insurance package, etc...
