Als Analyst Consultant Lab Operations speel je een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de kwaliteit en naleving van medische hulpmiddelen door middel van nauwgezette evaluatie, het gezamenlijk oplossen van problemen en initiatieven voor voortdurende verbetering.
**Job omschrijving**
De Consultant Lab Operations Analyst speelt een cruciale rol bij het waarborgen van de kwaliteitsbeoordeling van componenten en medische hulpmiddelen. Deze functie omvat het ontwerpen, verbeteren en overzien van controlesystemen, het samenwerken met de QC Team lead Labo Medical Devices in CSP en het deelnemen aan relevante vergaderingen.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**
- Evalueren van en controlebeslissingen nemen over componenten en medische hulpmiddelen door middel van uitgebreide inspecties, waaronder visueel onderzoek en functionele tests.
- Nauw samenwerken met de Supplier Quality Specialist en de Lab Support Project Engineer om effectieve kwaliteitscontroleprocessen te garanderen.
- Rapporteren van atypische problemen aan QA, variërend van afwijkingen tot kleine veranderingen in productieomstandigheden die kunnen leiden tot kwaliteitsafwijkingen op de lange termijn.
- Onderzoeken uitvoeren naar aanleiding van gebeurtenissen en voorstellen indienen bij de Supplier Quality Specialist.
- Ondersteuning bieden aan de Lab Support Project Engineer bij diverse projecten.
- Speciale opdrachten uitvoeren die worden toegewezen door de supervisie, zoals projecten met betrekking tot continue verbetering (IMEX), enz.
**Profiel**
- Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Grondige kennis van het Nederlands en goede beheersing van het Engels.
- Vaardig in informatieverwerkingssystemen, in het bijzonder MS Office-toepassingen.
- Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
- Detailgericht met een focus op kwaliteitsborging.
- Effectieve communicatieve vaardigheden om problemen te rapporteren en samen te werken met cross-functionele teams.
- In staat om onderzoeken uit te voeren en oplossingen voor te stellen.
- Ervaring in het werken met controlesystemen en continue verbeteringsprojecten is een pluspunt.
