Functional / Business Analyst in Railway Sector

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Evaluate existing business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect to model and design business processes, system requirements, and data structures.
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure clear understanding and alignment of project objectives.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions are implemented according to specifications and meet business needs.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate that the implemented solutions meet the specified requirements and business objectives.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, system designs, and project progress.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

**Qualifications**:
**Previous experience in railway sector is mandatory **
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a functional or business analyst role, with a strong focus on system analysis and design.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect is a **must**. Experience with other modeling tools is a plus.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- _**Project Management**_:_ Experience with any project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
