Headit is looking for a temporary Customer Service Representative for the administrative management of the full Order to Cash cycle. Period: June

- September Where will you be working? At a leading international player active in the production of high-quality ingredients for various sectors, including food & pharma. This company offers a dynamic working environment with a focus on customer orientation and innovation. The EMEA headquarters is located in the Vilvoorde region. What does your role as Customer Service Representative entail? As a Customer Service Representative, you will support your team colleagues in the administrative processing and follow-up of international orders. Your responsibilities include, among others:
- Managing the order-to-cash (OTC) process in SAP, closely monitoring internal and external KPIs.
- Supporting the sales team with preparatory activities, such as drawing up forecasts and quotations.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure a high quality of service.
- Maintaining and keeping various data up to date, such as customer information, sales forecasts and complaints. Who is our ideal temporary Customer Service Representative?
- A major must: you have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, marketing, economics) or equivalent through relevant experience (logistics administration / order management / sales administration).
- You are available to work for 3 months during the summer period and have no holidays booked in July.
- You have strong organisational skills and are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and take ownership in everything you do.
- You are a strong communicator and adopt a proactive approach.
- You have an excellent command of English, ideally combined with a good knowledge of Dutch (or another second language such as French or German). What can you expect?

working hours
and at least 2 days of working from home per week.
