**Your job**:
- IT Helpdesk Support, as a member of the IT team.
- First-line IT support offering support and technical assistance to internal customers.
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or passionate about IT with relevant experience.
- Attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, solution-minded, resourceful, and autonomous.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication in both French and English.
- Agrees to travel if necessary, maximum two weeks.
**Nice to have:
- IBM/HCL Notes client & Domino server knowledge
- M-Files document management
- Dynamics 365
- Azure & Google cloud environment
