Manager QA

**In this role you will **
- Be responsible to manage the Sample Library team
- Plan, organise, and prioritise activities in line with the supply department
- Ensure that every team members is trained at the main activities performed in the Sample Library
- Manage the performance of the team through KPIs and will be responsible to simplify / improve the processes
- Be responsible conduct investigations and audits as well as taking part in L2, L3 and L4 audits
- Retained Sample Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Be an active team member of the submission team

**_ Why you? _**

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor / University degree in science / engineering
- At least 2 years professional experience in pharma / vaccine environment
- Fluent in English and French
- Trained as Deviation team / deviation manager

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

- Orange Belt certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated influence skills
- Previous experience of SME
- Li-GSK

**The QA Belgium departments** manage all product quality related activities in industrial operations in Belgium, including regulatory compliance. The scope covers any action that potentially impacts final product quality. The QA Belgium department is also responsible for the release of final products made in Belgium and abroad.
