Field Service Project Manager

**Primary Responsibilities**:

2. Manages multiple field service projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
3. Develops and maintains project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
4. Coordinates with field service technicians, vendors, and customers to ensure effective project execution.
5. Along with team member(s) and individually, travels to various facilities as required.
6. Participates in start-up commissioning or job site problem analysis.
7. Ensures performance to the scope of work and design installation drawings.
8. Identifies and mitigates project risks, develops contingency plans, and implements corrective actions as needed.
9. Monitors and controls project expenses, ensuring compliance with budget and financial policies, and Fike expense policy.
9. Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
10. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
11. Conducts project status updates, provides progress reports, and communicates changes to stakeholders.
12. Identifies and documents lessons learned from project experiences, implementing process improvements as needed.
13. Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, ISO requirements and regulatory requirements.
14. Ensures all safety protocols are followed, conduct risk assessments regularly, and develop mitigation strategies.
15. Develops and maintains project documentation, including reports, minutes, and other relevant documents.
16. Maintains the confidentiality of all information processed.
17. Organizes information transfer of active Fike protection systems to customers.
18. Ensures all service-related data are kept up to date and archived in an assigned, dedicated central location.
19. Assists the quality department with analysis and diagnosis of returned products.

**Work Environment**:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, hear, see, sit and use hands. Must be able to lift more than 35 kg without the aid of equipment, climb ladders, and work in difficult situations such as elevated heights, off man lifts, scaffolding, tight spaces, and ever-changing environments. Must be able to travel for consecutive days.
**Job Qualifications**:
**REQUIRED**: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Five years or more of experience in Engineering, Sales, Explosion Protection, Field Service or a product management environment. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and provide leadership. Excellent planning, organization, analytical and decision-making skills. Ability to read and understand engineered/CAD drawings. Must possess excellent verbal and written communications, local and English language’s skills and exchange information with others clearly and concisely. Must have strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively present ideas, facts and technical information. Demonstrated knowledge of sales and customer services functions. Ability to work independently and effectively across functional areas of the organization. Must be capable of working with a high degree of personal discipline. Sales leadership qualities. Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Google Suite. Requires some domestic and international travel.
**PREFERRED**: Exposure to Salesforce software. Experience in Project Management and drafting. Application of ATEX, NFPA, SIL, and Standards in explosion protection. Bi-lingual, Electrical Engineering degree, Mechanical Engineering degree.
