Your Profile:

- You are at your final year of Master's degree in Energy or Chemical engineering
- Ideally, you have some knowledge and experience in SQL or similar software
- You are a great communicator who enjoys collaboration

Your team and your responsibilities:
You will be working within the Carbon Neutral Team, as part of Plant & Environmental Engineering under Production Engineering division

Main purpose of this team is to support plants to provide safe, reliable and efficient utility/energy supply in a cost-effective way to achieve their challenging targets (Toyota Environmental Challenge 2050) for energy and CO2 reduction.

**Your project**

You will be using data collection software to analyse and minimize significant CO2 emitters from Paint Shop of manufacturing plants. You’ll be given basic training regarding data collection software to execute following tasks:

- Paint Booth Air Supply System CO2 Reduction:

- You will analyse production time and non-production time operation (start/stop, energy saving mode) and key parameters (temperature/humidity) and implement energy abnormality management for production plants in UK and Czech Republic.
- Paint Oven CO2 Reduction:

- You will be analysing fresh air usage from ovens and implement abnormality tools to minimize CO2 emission for production plant in France.
- Paint shop Ventilation CO2 Reduction:

- You will be analysing fresh air utilisation and air balance to implement abnormality management tools to minimize CO2 emissions.
- Development of central dashboard and notification which will ensure optimum operational parameters kept at all times. Report total CO2 savings by correction of abnormality.
