**Are you looking for a new challenge with lots of contacts (B2B), administration, and where you will develop your commercial skills?**
**Long experience is not required but good linguistic (EN/FR/NL), administrative and interpersonal skills are a MUST.**
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the opening and closing of the building.
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the building.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls according to client's instructions (NL/EN/FR)
- Sorting and distributing incoming mails / packages.
- Handling outgoing mails / packages.
- Handling meeting rooms requests.
- Preparing meeting (ordering lunch, preparing coffee,...).
- managing several administrative duties (input, filing, client files, check-in& check-out ).
- Support the office manager in the processing of client files
- Handling the requests, problems, complaints,
**A word about your work environment**:
In a pleasant and dynamic work environment in the real estate sector, you work independently but you have regular contacts with clients, colleagues, accountancy department
You work from Monday to Friday (no home working) under a day shift.
**Your profile**:
We look for motivated, loyal people with the following skills:
- Good language skills**:EN, NL, FR** (notions are not an option).
- Perfect presentation: classic outfit (no jeans nor any casual wear).
- Strong **administrative skills.**
- O**rganized** and meticulous.
- Good relational skills.
- **Multitask.**
- Good knowledge of the Office Pack: Work, **Excel.**
- Punctual Start at 08.00 am
- You **work alone** but enjoy being in regular contact with clients
- You **respect** the instructions and guidelines of your manager
- You can **work under pressure** but you can also keep yourself busy in quiet periods.
