**What do you have to offer?**

All round passion in and a strong drive to service your customers. But also:

- You have at least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or similar role.
- You have strong knowledge of relational DBs and extensive SQL expertise (incl. SQL performance tuning)
- You have solid expertise in the Microsoft BI stack and the development of ETL using SSIS and automation through T4/BIML.
- You are a team player with flexibility to engage both in small individual assignments as in large team assignments.
- You are eager to learn and have a result-driven mind-set

Experience considered as a plus:

- Knowledge of.NET (C#)
- Experience with front-end BI tools: IBM Cognos or Tableau
- Knowledge of statistics (Python, R)Experience in developing Self Service BI Solutions
- Experience in Payroll & HR Domain is a plus
- Experience in agile working is a plus
- Communication and presentation skills and able to act as a Business Partner

- Together with your team, you gather, challenge ans answer the data & information needs of our internal business.
- You set-up new ETL’s, monitor and analyze root causes of defects/issues in our corporate data warehouse.
- You contribute within & between teams, by sharing your knowledge and best practices.
- Depending on personal interest, you also have to opportunity
- to contribute in Descriptive Analyses (reports & dashboards)
- to contribute in Predictive Analyses & Segmentation (statistics)
- to explore new ideas & technologies to improve our BI product
