**What you will do**

As the HR Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our organization and building a talented and engaged team. You will develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and supports our fast-paced growth. You will oversee the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations to ensure that our HR practices are effective and efficient.

**Tasks and responsibilities**- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and supports our fast-paced growth.- Oversee the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.- Lead the development and execution of employer branding strategies that attract and retain top talent.- Manage relationships with external partners, including recruiting agencies and benefits providers.- Work closely with the founding team to ensure the HR function is aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals.

**Who you are**- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience.- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals.- Experience in employer branding.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the HR function.- Passion for innovation and driving change.
