- Hays is looking for a Business Analyst for one of our clients in Brussels._
**The job**:
- Act as a liaison between the business and ICT in the development of improvement projects.
- Coordinate projects across various departments including Innovations, Operations, ICT, Finance & HR.
- Play a pivotal role in bridging ideas and monitoring progress across different departments within the organization.
**The role you will take**:
- Process Engineering: Map operational processes through digital and graphical modelling of existing and new processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement efficiency and improvement measures for existing processes in different departments.
- Digitalization: Analyse, propose, and implement digitalization and automation of process steps and documents using Robotics / AI / Machine Learning.
- Quality Improvement: Monitor and implement quality and control enhancements for internal and external partners.
**Your profile**:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in economic, financial, or technical sciences.
- Good knowledge of Dutch and French.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Customer-focused and analytical mindset.
- Strong commercial and communication skills.
