Nachtraven ontwerpt enkel B2B. Geen particulieren wel totaal verschillende types projecten voor uiteenlopende merken en hun doelgroepen. Uniek, out of the ordinary, memorabel, experience design. Steeds een uitdaging, immer prikkelend

**Requested Flight skills**
- Je start als tekenaar/ontwerper
- Je werkt, samen met een senior designer aan projecten from start to finish, onder het ravensoog van de creative direction
- Je combineert creativiteit naadloos met technisch inzicht
- Materiaal kennis en voeling met budget vind je vanzelfsprekend
- Je beheerst Vectorworks en Sketchup als de beste en bent ongetwijfeld snel weg met Enscape, Archisnapper,...
- Een gezonde dosis rock 'n roll en wat ballen aan je lijf (of spreekwoordelijke ballen als je een vrouw bent)
- Empatisch vermogen en geduld met je collega’s, klant en toeleveranciers
- Je spreekt Nederlands

**Personal growth**

We zoeken geen tekenrobot, maar een zelfstandig persoon die nadenkt en helpt waar nodig. Je tekent opmetingen in, maakt 3D modellen en geeft dankzij je tekenskills mee vorm aan de visie van de creative director.

Je start als ondersteunend tekenaar en groeit daarna door als ontwerper van je eigen projecten. Al doende ontdekken we samen wat je superpowers zijn en hoe we die verder laten groeien en openbloeien.
