Mission Overview:
- Join the Service & Delivery Management (SDM) team at Keystone Solutions, where you will be part of a cross-functional UX Expert Pool. This consultancy mission involves working on various digital projects to design simple, effective, and user-centered services.
- As a consultant, you will engage in multiple business projects simultaneously, collaborating closely with project managers, analysts, and development teams from the early phases throughout the project lifecycle.
- Your responsibilities will include conducting user research activities (interviews, analyses, workshops) to understand the needs, constraints, and expectations of users.
- You will structure user journeys and formalize UX deliverables (personas, user journeys, flows) to guide the design process.
- Additionally, you will create wireframes and prototypes to quickly visualize solutions and facilitate discussions with stakeholders.
- Facilitating co-design workshops to align business, IT, and user visions will also be part of your role.
- You will organize and conduct user testing to validate hypotheses and iteratively improve solutions.
- Working in an agile mode, you will actively participate in project rituals.
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of the user experience in line with UX standards and the organization's design system will be crucial.
- Finally, you will contribute to disseminating UX best practices and sharing expertise within the UX pool. - Requirements:
