**Functieomschrijving**

As International Project Manager Construction, you will lead the Building Projects, and you will be involved from the get-go. In this role you will lead a team of Regional Project Managers based in different locations in EU.
- You search for suitable plots for new projects
- You lead the study and/or puchase of building plots or buildings and you determine the parameters
- Making conceptual prliminary designs, budget and timing elaborations
- After the pre-study is approved, you will hand over the project to the regional Project Managers, who will further follow-up on the project until the construction is finalized
- You will follow the progress of construction projects within BU Frozen and report on this to the Group Engineering Manager. In case of deviations, you will take the necessary actions in order tot get back to the targets of the projects.
- Next to this, you will follow-up on market evolutions in the construction world and bring interesting insights into the company that can be implemented for future projects. Sustainability is an important aspect and needs to be integrated within our projects.

**Profiel**
- You hold a Masters degree in civil engineering (architectural engineering)
- You have an experience of minimum 10 years in Construction Project Management in an international environment
- You are practical with a pragmatic approach
- Empathy is an important value for you
- Knowledge of English is a must; Dutch of French is a plus
- You are willing tot travel frequently (25-50%)
