Voor onze klant in Brussel zijn we op zoek naar
**2 Buyers (medior niveau)**.
:
Je takenpakket:
- Je beheert volledig autonoom aankoopdossiers van prijsvraag tot toekenning waarbij je naast de operationele taken vooral jouw meerwaarde toont op tactisch en strategisch niveau. Dit door een doorgedreven begrip van de behoeftes/ challenges van de interne klant, interesse in de geldende marktdynamieken en uiteraard de technische inhoud.
- Na toekenning van het project, zal je, als Contract Manager optreden bij het onderhandelen van belangrijke change requests/meerkosten/issues en dit in samenspraak met de PL.
- Je weet te overtuigen door jouw analyse en visie en vertaalt dit in een aangepaste onderhandelingsaanpak/strategie. Je creëert impact door te anticiperen op mogelijke problemen, risico’s en opportuniteiten van morgen. Daarnaast werk je mee aan specifieke objectieven van het team en streef je continu naar optimalisatie van processen en efficiëntie.
- Je draagt bij wat betreft ‘Purchasing Intelligence’ en ‘Supplier Management’ door het bouwen van langetermijnsrelaties met de aannemers, het in kaart te brengen en opvolgen van behoeftes van interne klanten/markt en beschikbare marktcapaciteit,en door deze zichtbaar te maken voor het management lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het succes van aankoop.
- Je draagt bij tot de commoditystrategie en marktanalyse.
- Je toont je meerwaarde op tactisch en strategisch niveau voor de opmaak van specifieke (innovatieve) projectaankoopstrategiën en door je betrokkenheid voorafgaande de prijsvraag voor belangrijke projecten.
- Je leidt ook een aantal MFTs (multifunctionele teams) of werkgroepen in jouw vakgebied gericht op creëren van impact.
- De toevertrouwde dossiers, verantwoordelijkheden en aangeboden opportuniteiten en kansen kunnen aangepast worden in functie van de getoonde ‘drive’, motivatie en persoonlijke ambities. Hierbij vinden we het belangrijk dat je met een open geest en positieve teamfocus resultaten met impact kan verwezenlijken

Vereisten:
- Wij zoeken meer specifiek iemand met 3 tot 5 jaar relevante professionele aankoopervaring die ons kan overtuigen door zijn/haar maturiteit, visie en aanpak en die gedreven wordt door een kritische mindset, autonomie en ambitie.
- Technisch affiniteit of interesse (via opleiding/ervaring/interesse/motivatie).
- Zeer goede beheersing van het Frans of Nederlands en goede professionele beheersing van de andere taal.
- Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
- Kennis van/ervaring met MS Office.
