Product Manager Reman

You will drive channel management, customer satisfaction and profitable growth. You work closely with our direct and indirect distribution channels, our product companies, our suppliers and partners, the divisional service team, and you work together across divisions. You will report to the Vice President Marketing of Power Technique Service Division. **Mission** In this exciting role you will: - Propose and implement plans which support the organic and inorganic growth of the remanufacturing, refurbishment, and engines business for power technique equipment. - Reach out to and form connections with customer centers, dealers and customers around the world with initial focus on USA, Europe, India & China. - Develop guidelines for the reman, refurb and engines business development in all applicable markets. - Develop and implement a buyback strategy, including pricing, target machines and markets, and profitability goals. - Set up cross-functional cooperation with Supply chain, Logistics, Tech support, Operations, and other departments. Provide guidelines, tools and market communication. Push and guide local CC implementation, including cross-CC and service partner cooperations where applicable. - Work together with the other divisions, product companies and suppliers and partners. - Deliver high-quality marketing material focusing on Reman, Refurb and Engines in collaboration with the communications team. - Lead and implement sustainability projects and circular economy practices, and represent power technique service within the business area to achieve our goals. - Develop support in "People Care" including training, competence development, written missions, yearly appraisals and follow-up. **To succeed, you will need** Even if you don't meet all the points, but are ready for a challenge, click on "Apply" anyway. We love your spirit **Experience and education** - You have knowledge of reman/refurb business and customers' requirements - You have 3+ years of experience in a similar business environment - You have an academic degree in marketing, engineering or can rely on an equally relevant work experience - Field experience in sales or marketing is an asset, engine experience is a big plus - You have project management skills and you have no trouble prioritizing - Solid knowledge of English - You enjoy working in a multicultural and international environment - Customer-minded and supportive - Hands-on and agile mindset - You enjoy business travel (up to 50% of your time) **In return, we offer you** You will work in an international and diverse environment with specialists from different disciplines.
