Technician - Fulltime

**PROFILE**
- Out of experience or education, you have a technical background and can handle all technical tasks.
- You are a social person who can communicate both fluently with hotel guests, colleagues and subcontractors.
- You succeed in carrying out sanitary works and basic plumbing tasks such as replacing a toilet or tap.
- You manage to carry out basic electrical work such as replacing lamps and batteries. (BA4)
- You have a basic general technical knowledge and can also handle computers.
- You are flexible, creatively seek solutions and understand that the hotel is operational every day.
- Previous experience as a technician in a hotel is a plus.
- English **or** Dutch is a must, other languages are a plus.

**TASKS**
- You manage general maintenance of the hotel on a technical level such as maintaining plants, repainting, maintaining systems,...
- In consultation with General Manager, you follow up maintenance contracts, investments are discussed.
- Preventively you follow a maintenance plan. By carrying this out, you ensure that our guests always arrive at a finished hotel.
- You manage to continue a smooth cooperation with external partners. You will come into contact with subcontractors and possibly manage projects with them.

**Schedule**

You will join a 38h system as a worker largely on a fixed schedule. Exceptionally, you will also have to be present during a weekend to provide technical follow-up. You are entitled to one extra day's holiday per year of employment (max 5). Starting date is by mutual agreement.
